If you’ve got cellulite, you probably know that the best remedy is, exercise.  Find a workout routine and stick with it.  In the podcast we cover a quick exercise you can do.  The other things you need to consider:

  • Diet
  • Water intake
  • Activity levels
  • Reduce your coffee intake
  • Smoking must go
  • Alcohol can be reduced
  • Junk food should be avoided

Drink at least 2.5 litres of water to really help flush out the unnecessary fat stored in your body.
